Returns & Hygiene Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Original packaging must be included
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

For hygiene and safety reasons, used sleep masks cannot be restocked.

If your item arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
