Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your order. Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers are not eligible for refunds.
